Formal, earth tones welcome. The ceremony is on grass - flat heels are the better idea.

What couples ask us first.
Is WedTab really free?
Yes. Checklist, budget, guest list, seating plan and save the dates cost nothing - permanently, no credit card.
Only two add-ons cost money: RSVP and guest photo uploads. You pay for each once, and only if you actually want it.
How does a single QR code work for every guest?
The code leads to your RSVP page. There the guest confirms their mobile number to verify themselves, then enters their answer, plus-ones and dietary notes. So you need no personalised printing: one design, one print file, every card identical. You can add latecomers to the list at any time - the code stays the same.
Do our guests need an app or an account?
No. Scan, reply, done - it all runs in the browser, on any phone. Nobody has to register for the photo uploads either.
Why digital save the dates if we are sending printed invitations?
Printed save the dates are lovely - and very expensive. On top of that, some addresses are usually still missing. The digital ones go out by link or messenger, and each guest confirms their postal address as they reply. By the time the printed invitations need envelopes, you have a clean, current address list instead of address chaos.
What happens to our data after the wedding?
It is yours. You can download your guest list and photos at any time, and delete the account with everything in it.
